What is your return policy?
We accept returns and they will be refunded in the form of store credits. For your return to be successful, please ensure that your item(s):
- Reach us within 14 days from the date of receipt. See below for our return address.
- Is unworn, unwashed and with their original tags attached. We verify all items that are returned to us and in the unlikely event that something is deemed to be in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to process your refund.
- Were not on sale or discounted. These items are ineligible for returns, unless specifically mentioned.
- Are packed together with their return slip, which is included in every order.
Kindly note that you will have to bear all return shipping costs and taxes, if any. As we are not responsible for any lost parcels, we strongly recommend the use of tracked mail services such as Smartpac and DHL.
To facilitate your refund, please create a membership account with us. Your store credit refund will be disbursed into your account within 5 business days from the time we have received your returned item(s). These credits will expire 1 year from the date of issue.
Delivery charges on the order you have decided to return cannot be refunded.

Can I return or exchange an item I've purchased with store credits?
Yes, as long as the item meets the conditions for return or exchange. See our FAQs above for more about our return and exchange policies.
Please note that sale or discounted items may not be returned or exchanged, unless specifically stated.
Can I return items from multiple orders in a single parcel?
No problem. Just make sure you include the respective return slips of each item in your return parcel.
I did not include the return slip in my return parcel. What should I do?
Drop us a line at hello@riserisestore.com to let us know your Order ID and the item(s) you are returning. We’ll help you out once we have received your return parcels.
How do I know if my return parcel has been received?
Look out for an email from us once we have received your parcel. After verifying the condition of your returned item(s), we will process your refund and disburse the store credits into your account within 5 business days.
If you do not hear from us after 5 business days from the date we were expected to receive your parcel, please get in touch with us at hello@riserisestore.com with your Order ID and return parcel tracking number, if any.
As we are not responsible for any lost parcels, we strongly recommend the use of tracked mail services such as Smartpac and DHL.
What do I do if I have received a defective item?
We carefully inspect the quality of all our products before shipping them to you, to ensure you receive an item you are satisfied with. However, in the unlikely event that your purchase has defects, please reach out to us at hello@riserisestore.com and we will do our best to assist you.
